  1. Walk for at least 30 minutes a day.

For me, the walk burns approximately 180 calories which may not seem like much, but when repeated consistently over 1 year is 65,700 calories! I've found it to be a great way to start the day as the fresh air clears my head and wakes me up thoroughly.
